Justin Helmig has nearly two decades of leadership experience in the software industry including executive leadership, product, marketing, and technical roles. He is currently SVP of marketing at Genesys, which he joined via the $1.4 billion acquisition of Interactive Intelligence, a company where he held the role of CMO. Before Interactive Intelligence, Justin was CEO of Demand Signals, a Software-as-a-Service company that uses data science to drive organic search traffic and leads by bridging content marketing and SEO. Before Demand Signals, he was Vice President of Data-as-a-Service Products at Informatica, which acquired StrikeIron in June 2014. He was responsible for leading development, product management and DevOps with teams in the US and Germany. Before the acquisition, he was EVP of Products and Technology at StrikeIron, a venture backed web API company. Justin holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University and a MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
