The Zoho Office team has been consistently adding integrated products to its stellar AJAX Web Office Suite, and picking up some much deserved respect along the way. The latest this week is the Zoho Wiki.

As every other application under the sun goes AJAX, its about time Document and Knowledge Management had its share of Web 2.0 spin. There’s some meat to this message however. The Spain-based OpenKM project is delivering real and open source Document Management and Knowledge Management functionality for the small, medium enterprise.

These are just a few of the whopping 23 new document types available under UBL 2.0. OASIS, which last year played a major role in helping define international ECM standards, just approved v2.0 as an OASIS Standard, the highest level of ratification issued by the international standards consortium.

Norwegian software shop, eZ Systems, have updated their open source Web Content Management System. The eZ Publish v3.9 release focused on features and fixes requested by eZ Publish clients, partners, and their open source community.

It seems that hardly a day goes by without Google making some sort of progress in its Apps. The latest notable update is with the Toolbar version 3 (in beta). Beyond helpful browsing knickknacks, the toolbar now loads Microsoft Office documents directly into Google’s Docs & Spreadsheets application.

Big deal you say? Its not so much the “what” as it is the “how” that’s got our attention.

Its hard to believe, but it was 10 years ago, on the 17th of December 1996, that the W3C published the first standard for style on the Web: Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), level 1.

To celebrate this tenth anniversary, W3C is inviting world wide web developers to submit their most prodigious CSS designs to the CSS10 Gallery.

Oh man, I can see the IE7 Program Managers’ heads spinning right now. Google has done some tricks in the dev shop with Microsoft’s latest browser and gone and released a Googlified version of IE7.
