Featuring more than 50 speakers, including keynote speakers Michael Edson, Director of Web and New Media Strategy at the Smithsonian Institution, and Sara Redin, Senior Analyst and Facilitator at J. Boye, attendees will be sure to gain a more comprehensive understanding of how to best develop, implement, deploy and manage web and media solutions across the enterprise.

On Wednesday, from 4:15 to 5 p.m. I’ll be presenting Social Media -- Can you manage engagement? The session will cover the ins and outs, skills needed and best practices for effective community management.
