What happens when the number one application in the Google Apps Marketplace and the number one Google Apps SMB Reseller join forces?
Introducing the Apps Domain Pros
Today, Mavenlink, an online work platform and ViWo, a cloud solutions provider have combined assets and expertise to offer their applications through Apps Domain Pros. The partnership project aims to change the collaborative environment for both Google Apps Resellers and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) by offering Google Apps users a new, seamless implementation and adoption experience as well as pricing discounts.
For ISVs who want to provide Google Apps services to their customers, the partnership aims to set a new standard for delivery and customer experience. And frankly, who better to set it than the people who work to optimize project development and delivery than companies who specialize in workforce management and cloud services? Together, the two companies behind the two popular applications will provide service and support to businesses of all sizes that use Google Apps including Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Drive and more.
A Venture Designed to Meet Customer Needs
The new venture was born from customer feedback. Mavenlink estimates that approximately 60 percent to 65 percent of its customers use Google Apps and as such many came to the company through the Google Apps Marketplace channel. Additionally, many users indicated that they have struggled with support needs that were not necessarily Mavenlink specific.
In order to help Mavenlink customers answer questions that focus around file storage solutions like Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and other Google Apps products, they decided to seek out a managed services company like ViWo, which specializes in Google Apps implementation and adoption to set up a platform that could assist them.
For $US 50 per person, the partners will handle users’ entire Google Apps setup, while providing the support needed.
