Adobe’s New DAM Offering
The Adobe Digital Marketing Summit, now taking place in Salt Lake City, has been a veritable volcano of product and update announcements. One of particular interest here is a new integration between the company’s Marketing Cloud and its Creative Cloud. It involves a new DAM system offering, part of the Marketing Cloud’s Experience Manager, that bridges content creation and content delivery.
Tips About Tips, and About Workflows
There have been a string of articles recently offering tips for choosing and implementing a DAM system. Some are from vendors, and some are from industry-watching publications, like Edward Smith’s recent Six Questions to Answer Before Selecting a Digital Asset Management System here at CMSWire.

Mr. Windsor also has some thoughts about workflows, whose management is key to DAM systems. An asset can go through various rounds of creative input and approval before it's ready to be used in a variety of ways through one or more channels. In fact, workflow is so essential that he describes it as “analogous to the central nervous system of your DAM.”
DAM Salary Data
