Business Document to Leverage IXIASOFT XML Server
IXIASOFT, an embeddable XML database and search engine vendor, announces an OEM partnership with Business Document, a provider of Business Process Management (BPM) software solutions.
Business Document will integrate TEXTML Server to Bdoc-Suite, a document management and automation solution aimed primarily at the financial, insurance, telecommunications and services markets.
Bdoc-Suite is a document management solution designed to facilitate personalized communications between organizations and their customers.
Bdoc-Suite includes modules that range from document design and assembly to document integration and delivery. Business Document's main objective is to allow organizations to increase business with their existing client base by:
1. Reducing the design and implementation process for new client documents
2. Increasing customer satisfaction by providing coherent and personalized communications
Business Document recently decided that they needed to standardize their content and selected XML as the format for exchanging information within Bdoc-Suite. Business Document's vision of client documents is forward thinking: they envision a document as a set of reusable and independent components which are structured objects or non-structured objects (text, images, graphics, ...).

Bdoc-Suite plans to leverage its XML usage with the integration of TEXTML Server which will provide the application with a centralized repository enabling users to re-use components, produce dynamic content, and deliver enriched information.
"We selected TEXTML Server mainly for its ease of integration and flexibility to handle differently structured documents. With our decision to move towards an end-to-end XML architecture, there was a natural fit between Bdoc-Suite and TEXTML Server. " said Philippe Donguy, Marketing Director at Business Document.
Business Document and IXIASOFT will both be present at the up-coming Documation 2005, a conference taking place in Paris March 15-16th.
