PageSeeder 3.0 Supports PDF Review and Annotation

With this upgrade users are now able to create and manage document annotations across the full range of Adobe Acrobat clients, including older versions and the ubiquitous Acrobat Reader client.

This capability further enhances Portable Document Format (PDF) as a preferred format for the secure review of hi-fidelity documents.
