Alan F. Nugent Takes on CEO Position at Mzinga

Mzinga's (news, site) Board of Directors has appointed Alan F. Nugent as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Nugent's primary responsibilities will include driving Mzinga's strategic vision for social intelligence initiatives, guiding its long-term technology vision and research & development strategies, and manage customer acquisition, growth and day-to-day operations.

Although Nugent is new to the position, he is not new to the company, having served as an advisor to Mzinga for over a year.

Covario Taps Microsoft for New VP of Paid Media & Analytics

Harrison Magun was named the newest member of Covario's (news, site) executive team. In his new role as senior VP of paid media and analytics solutions, Magun will be responsible for leading service and software solutions team, as well as analytics, for paid search, display advertising, video ads, and paid social media.

Magun comes to Covario from Microsoft, where he headed sales, account management
and analytics for the Ad Tools and Technologies division.

Elanex Appoints Russell Trounce as Vice President of Sales 

Elanex, Inc., a company focused on language translation services and technologies, announced the addition of Russell Trounce as the new VP of sales.

Trounce brings nearly two decades of industry experience to the table, highlighted by a background in project management and sales with LionBridge Technologies and Bowne Global Solutions.

Really Strategies

Christopher Hill joined Really Strategies, Inc. as VP of product management. In this role, he will develop a unified product strategy across all Really Strategies’ products (RSuite, RSuite Cloud, and DocZone) as well as lead the sales engineering team in developing targeted product demonstrations and prototype solutions.

Hill has13 years of experience under his belt, including the development of numerous courses on XML and its related standards for programmers, writers, editors, and managers
