BuyDRM Adds Pep to Internap with Digital Rights Platform
![]()
Content delivery network Internap has integrated BuyDRM’s KeyOS Pay Media Platform into its proprietary offering.
The benefits of this integration will be most evident to users of MediaConsole, a component of the Internap Content Delivery Network. The MediaConsole is a workflow management toolset that supports streaming formats like Flash and Windows Media.
Changes include:
- Better web content marketing and monetization tools for Windows Media customers. This will occur without forsaking the quality of on-demand media streaming and downloads.
- Support for pay-per-view, subscription-based, token, ad-supported, marketing and silent monitoring business models.
- Agnosticity among most payment gateways
- Simpler interface for transaction analytics, content management and data encryption applications
- Compatibility with Silverlight PlayReady DRM
