IBM /JustSystems' Webinar on DITA in the Enterprise

Flummoxed by the DITA revolution sweeping Enterprise CMS? Wondering what it’s all about, or toying with the idea of adopting a DITA/XML architecture for your enterprise content?

The title of the webinar is The DITA Maturity Model: Fast-Tracking Your Enterprise Content and XML Adoption Strategy. Speakers include Amber Swoop from JustSystems; Michael Priestly, lead IBM DITA architect; and Andy Moore, publisher of KMWorld.
Specific matters on the agenda include a discussion of how any enterprise can start working with DITA, how to plan for and manage the required investment and associated ROI, and how to move an enterprise content management strategy from the back room to the board room and develop a framework for successful implementation.

The DITA standard is a simple, streamlined XML-based language for authoring, producing and delivering content, and is particularly useful when applied to content which is to be recycled for various channels.
The standard is a product of those smart guys at IBM and has found particular favor with technical writing departments to date.
