Questys Updates Product Solutions - Releases CMx

Questys Solutions, an old timer in the ECM industry, announces the release of Questys CMx, Questys’ newest content management product offering, expanding the robust functionality and feature sets of Questys’ current product suite, and creating a dynamic and customizable content management product.

Questys Solutions is no stranger to the ECM industry, having been involved in the field for the past 27 years. Questys drew on their extensive experience to make CMx a content management solution that is more automated and easier to use than previous solutions.

CMx’s core functionality includes a content repository, automated folder generation and templates, image viewer, annotations, redactions, enhanced security, automatic full text OCR and filtering on all content imported into the system. It also provides easier collaboration between multiple locations in an organization creating business continuity and consistency.

One of the most notable enhancements is in security. Both individuals and user-roles have security levels that can be set down to the field level. With LDAP/Active Directory integration, users have access to the system with a single domain sign-on.
