New Modules
There are two new modules to this new version:
Interview NOW: Now integrated directly with the NOW production engine enabling querying of users for specific data required to complete communications. It also leverages the new rules-based architecture to refine subsequent queries based on prior communications.
Approve NOW: Improved management and control over content – great for organizations who have compliance and regulatory policies to consider. Parallel reviews and approval processes are now part of the management capabilities.
Analysts on Thunderhead
Thunderhead NOW seems to have been top of mind for some analytics lately. Forrester identified them as a “fast-growing driver of innovation in the interactive segment”. In addition, Celent released a report that name Thunderhead as a leading vendor based on their technology.
This is all good news for the company who provides “intelligent personal communications across multiple channels”.
