Thunderhead NOW’s “one-platform-for-all-communications paradigm” has just been recently updated with the release of Thunderhead NOW version 4.0. This latest version from the multi-channel communications provider enables deeper integration with the customer business process that will ensure a smoother customer experience.
Thunderhead NOW 4 provides role-based functionality that integrates with business process and applications. This new functionality combined with Thunderhead's service oriented architecture enable the product to integrate with CRM, customer service applications, ECM and BPM software.
There are two new modules to this new version: Interview NOW: Now integrated directly with the NOW production engine enabling querying of users for specific data required to complete communications. It also leverages the new rules-based architecture to refine subsequent queries based on prior communications. Approve NOW: Improved management and control over content – great for organizations who have compliance and regulatory policies to consider. Parallel reviews and approval processes are now part of the management capabilities.
