In the same article analyst Lou Latham of Gartner
lends a sobering view with the following comments: "These [Content Mangement] applications are much like spell-check was several years ago. At one time, there were half a dozen spell-checkers on the market to be added to word-processing software. That is essentially what we are seeing with Web-content management." Read the full article.
