What do you consider your most significant career accomplishment to date?
Writing the first (and so far only!) business-focused book on enterprise search.

What is the first interaction with technology that you remember and what did you think at the time?
Using Lockheed Dialog, the first online real time computer search service, in 1974. It was, to an information scientist, as transformational as quantum theory was to physics. Every assumption about the future had to change.
