You may not be as familiar with OneNote as you are with Outlook. OneNote is an app that lets project teams take notes (including multimedia entries, like pictures), then share them on a common project site.

It is particularly handy for team members using Windows phones (the functionality is integrated); a OneNote app is also available for other mobile platforms. Add notes on the fly immediately following a meeting with a client before you get back to your office, or snap relevant photographs and add them to your project site using OneNote.
