Director, Platform Product Management at Mozilla (San Francisco, CA):
Mozilla is seeking a dynamic Director of Product Management to define and drive the evolution of our platform. This is a key strategic role reporting to the Vice-President of Product Management. This individual will lead the charge in managing and optimizing our core technology platform including the Gecko layout engine which is the foundation for Mozilla’s product portfolio: Firefox for desktop, Firefox for android, and Firefox OS. A passion for and deep understanding of web technologies and standards is the initial key qualification. Say Media is looking for a Manager of Editorial Operations in a newly created Editorial Operations department. This department will serve our growing O&O and Exclusive brands including, xoJane, ReadWrite, Cupcakes and Cashmere and Remodelista. The Manager will work with the managing editors of these brands on daily operational aspects, including budgeting and expenses, contracts, bonuses, analytics, tech issues and prioritization, and will act a liaison between each editorial group and the general administration of Say. We have an immediate need for an experienced editor. The Senior Editor is highly skilled in long-form editing, comfortable doing both big-picture reads and detailed copyediting on complex topics.
