Gerry McGovern Hits Canada to Discuss Effective Websites

Our very own Gerry McGovern will be conducting a masterclass called Creating Customer-Centric Websites.

If you want to catch it — and we're definitely biased in that direction — mark your calendars for November 28-29, and prep for a visit to the auditorium at Library and Archives Canada in Ottawa.

You'll definitely want to attend if you are either:

Managing (that is, writing, editing or publishing) online content
Orchestrating web projects
Involved in website promotion
At all curious about web usability

The two-day event is hosted by Neo Insight, in tangent with the Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation, and Canada Business, Industry Canada. Get involved at the New Insight site. Note that the class will only take place in English, so pure Francophones may want to come equipped with a dictionary.
