Tricom Acquires Apex Document Solutions

Tricom Document Management, a company that specializes in the electronic management of legacy and current documents for a global clientèle, has completed its acquisition of Apex Document Solutions, a full service national provider of litigation support services for legal professionals.
Founded in 2000, Tricom is an up and coming BPO firm administering non-core business processes for its customers so that they can focus building their core competencies.
One of Tricom's key assets is its litigation support services. By purchasing Apex, Tricom has expanded its client base by adding a respected company with a positive image throughout the litigation support industry.
Apex, established in 1999, offers a full suite of litigation support services for electronic files including media restoration, reduction strategies and electronic file conversion of hundreds of file types. They are also a provider of other traditional litigation support services like coding, imaging and copying.

"With the purchase of Apex we have added domestic coding capabilities and attorney review services to Tricom's offerings," Sameer Sheth, Tricom Vice President of North American Sales stated. "We now are able to address those client needs for projects which cannot be sent offshore. Our expansion efforts also will be greatly enhanced by the addition of an experienced sales and project management team."
