The Inc. 5000 Conference is an annual three day event that brings together founders and CEOs, entrepreneurs and business people to celebrate the achievements of the companies that appear on Inc. magazine's ranking of America's fastest-growing privately held companies. The main conference agenda features high-level keynotes and concurrent general sessions organized by themes, as well as opportunities to exchange ideas and experiences with other business leaders in the audience. There are also multiple social events, including a golf tournament and a conference party. The conference culminates in a black-tie gala.
Featured speakers include:
- Motivational speaker, author and entrepreneur Tony Robbins, an authority on the psychology of leadership, negotiations, organizational turnaround and peak performance.
- Weili Dai, director and co-founder, Marvell Technology Group. She is the only woman co-founder of a global semiconductor company, and since it began in 1995, she has helped Marvell’s rise to become one of the top semiconductor companies in the world.
- Kim Jordan, co-founder, executive chair and former CEO of New Belgium Brewing, whose lifelong commitment to developing healthy communities has informed New Belgium’s culture through progressive policies like employee ownership.
- Elizabeth Cutler and Julie Rice, co-founders of SoulCycle, a workout that combines inspirational coaching with high-energy music and a full body workout on the bike.
- Les McKeown, who advises CEOs and senior leaders of organizations on how to achieve scalable, sustainable growth and speaks to Fortune 500 companies about his strategies. Before founding Predictable Success, he started more than 40 companies, in addition to being the founding partner of an incubation consulting company that advised on the creation and growth of hundreds more organizations worldwide.
