Description

This is the first invitation only roundtable event exclusively for senior executives responsible for making existing customers successful and profitable in Internet and Software companies. Expected in attendance are: Customer Success Execs, CEOs, Founders, Chief Revenue Officers, VPs Customer Engagement, VPs Marketing

The morning consists of a Customer Success Masterclass produced by the Software & Information Industry Association with lectures by prominent software executives on Customer Engagement Management, Customer Marketing, Customer Journey Mapping and Customer Centric Metrics.

The afternoon is reserved for networking with your peers in an unconference setting. Executives will share short 5-10 minute case studies on how they have increased conversions, retention or customer lifetime value followed by a moderated discussion. The format ensures that you can share with and learn from all your peers in the room.
