Description
This is a 4 day intensive study of the best practices for optimizing findability and enterprise search drawn not only from the 50,000 members of the Association for Information and Image Management world-wide but also, and importantly, from our own extensive experience consulting on these issues in real world client situations.
The intended audience for this course is anyone who may have a stake in affecting the culture of enterprise findability that is so crucial to successful IOA projects… this can be anyone from users through IT staff up to executive management.
