The Native Advertising Summit

Description

The first conference dedicated to defining and discussing the future of native advertising.

So what exactly is native advertising? As the market has grown, so have the definitions. To quote Inc magazine's elegant definition, it refers to "advertising that follows the format, style, and voice of whatever platform it appears in." To help understand the market landscape, Sharethrough provided the first native advertising framework. Further, to help quantify the market size, BIA/Kelsey recently released a report, which predicts the market to grow to US$ 9.2 Billion in 2016.

While much work has been done to help educate the market on native advertising, more clarity is needed. The Native Advertising Summit will take on some of the biggest issues facing this emerging market and bring together leaders across media, technology and advertising to discuss their experiences and perspectives. The aim will be to share knowledge and information about this emerging market and move the industry closer to a unified understanding of the principles for this form of media and marketing.
