This week, Hyland released v11 of OnBase, Nuxeo announced it has made its document management software available for Ubuntu, Laserfiche has announced a Systems Integrator Program, M-Files offers support for Microsoft Dynamics GP and Adeptol released an SDK for its image viewing platform.

It may have been the Christmas season, but in the document management world the clock continued ticking. In addition to a couple of acquisitions worth noting, Xerox gave us a glimpse of its ‘smart’ document review software, Oce expanded its MPS portfolio and Adeptol expanded the reach of its document viewer.

For a company that is a relative baby in the document management space, Adeptol (news, site) keeps pushing its boundaries. Over the past two weeks alone it has upgraded its SaaS document viewing as well as adding a new HTML 5-based viewer for mobile platforms.
