Equilibrium (news, site), a digital asset and media manager, has introduced MediaRich for Extensis Portfolio NetMediaMAX. Through a strategic technology partnership with Extensis, Extensis will integrate Equilibrium’s MediaRich into the release of Extensis Portfolio Server and associated products.

In the run up to the worldwide SharePoint conference in Las Vegas later this month, it is inevitable that there will be a number new developments announced before the curtain finally lifts on October 19th.

One such development is the announcement by enterprise content management vendor pTools (news,  site)  that they have extended its Web CMS product to be used directly in the SharePoint (news, site) interface and framework.

Adobe put the “portable” in Portable Document Format, and now DocsCorp has announced its pdfDocs formFiller, an application that integrates with Enterprise CMS solutions such as Hummingbird (Open Text), Interwoven, TRIM Context, and Worldox. Out of the box the tool gives users the ability to fill-in, edit, save, digitally sign and forward PDF forms as part of a business process workflow.
