Zoho (news, site) digs chitchat. This week they announced a new social tool for their ever-growing productivity suite called Zoho Discussions. The solution allows users to create internally or externally facing communities, and aims to help organizations improve their support experience through forums, conduct research and get insights on preferences with product idea boards.

There's Zoho, Google Apps and soon Microsoft Office Online. Do we really need another online productivity suite? Maybe not. But have you heard of ThinkFree Online? It is also an online office productivity suite that includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software than can be used both off and online, and touch of collaboration to boot.
