Continuing my high level SharePoint business governance strategy series, today we are looking at methods of managing governance documents to ensure that information is easily accessible to all, aiding in communication of and adherence to governance rules.

Even with the summer lull there are a few notable GRC points. The main one this week is Google's further plans for Postini. This week also saw Clearwater’s new SaaS released, a new series on SharePoint governance and Accenture’s acquisition of Octagon.

It’s still quiet in the document management space. That said, DocuWare has released a new SaaS offering, Snowbound has upgraded its document viewer, enterprises have mixed views on SharePoint deployments, and M-Files v9 supports Office 2013.

With SharePoint, it really can be 2007, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014 all at the same time.

As far as social collaboration platforms go, NewsGator hits the list of the most well known, likely due to the advanced capabilities it offers in a range of areas. Of course it doesn't hurt to be tightly integrated with SharePoint either. Here's a look at the newest version and what's still to come.

SharePoint 2013 is out in preview and it has a number of enhancements that everyone seems to like. But that version of SharePoint is at least one to two years away. So we are curious to know what you think SharePoint's best feature is today, with SharePoint 2010. Hence we ask:
