VillageEDOCS, Inc., a SaaS document management provider, announced its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2008. Looks like the company demonstrated a solid performance in the first six months of 2008.

SaaS document management provider VillageEDOCS will wrap up the takeover of Enterprise CMS pioneers Questys Solutions by the end of the month. The deal was due to be rubber-stamped by the beginning of January, but Village exercised an option to extend the deadline by a month to finalize details.
