This week we continued our exploration of customer journeys and took a look at making the most of our customer data. Over in social business we talked narrative building, while in information management we went over the ways to build confidence in your SharePoint governance strategy. This week was certainly a busy one in the customer experience space. We shared thoughts on the inevitable cashless society and talked customer journeys -- why you should be thinking of them and how to handle them in today's complex mobile, digital world. Over in Social Business we discussed the slow advance of social business while in Information Management we talked big data. 

This week brought us some very interesting articles related to our month long theme on Customer Journeys. In the world of Social Business we took a look at social intranets and what the future holds for enterprise portals, while over in Information Management we learned the five things you should know before making the move to SharePoint Online.

It was a busy week here at CMSWire as we finished up our month long focus on Customer Communities and moved over to look at Customer Journey Mapping. In addition to a great line up of customer experience articles we also took a look at the choices Enterprises have yet to make in the 21st century and examined whether or not bigger data actually means better data.

This week we talked customer experience and the need for smart technology. We also looked at Employee Engagement -- how it can improve the bottom line, and the Cloud growth within Europe. 

This week gave us a look at what needs to go on internally and externally to make customer communities work, we talked gamification, SharePoint and took a look at risk management through discovery readiness. 

This week marked the second in our monthlong focus on customer communities. We also saw some critical views of the ever so popular SharePoint -- is it maybe not the end all, be all so many of us thought it was?
