Document management and workflow purveyor SpringCM is partnering with EchoSign, which provides electronic signature automation.
EchoSign is availing its signature system to SpringCM clientele, as well as the Contract Accelerator for Salesforce.com, with which SpringCM fully integrates.
One nifty thing about EchoSign is it lets users “sign” documents electronically from any browser. This means you don’t have to run to FedEx Kinko’s to use that oldfangled fax machine-a-majig.

The eCopy ShareScan Open Platform enables users to extend the capabilities of Canon’s black and white or color digital multi-functional devices. New Hampshire-based Ektron Inc., today added enhanced workflow capabilities to its Web Content Management (WCM) offering.
The new workflow features give managers control over their publishing processes by automating collaboration, management and approval of content assets. Organizations can now add content process control, including tasks management and progress monitoring.
