Tarunam is a passionate technologist with a proven track record of leading 14+ digital transformations for fortune 500 brands like Lowes, Macys, Target, Coach, Costco, Mattel etc. He is currently working as Director, Product Engineering & ML for Lowes, and leads the enterprise content modernization, personalization and customer modernization across enterprises including digital, store, mobile, marketing & campaign, Sales CRM, Chat etc. Responsible for collaborating and partnering with senior technology and C level business leaders to develop & deliver omni strategy for Lowe's big rock initiatives related to personalization & customer modernization. Prior to Lowes , he was leading the Macy’s digital transformation for merchandising, common catalogue (TOF) , Price & promotion and Smart platform ( ML & Analytics ) for digital and enterprise channels. Previously, he has served in a variety of technology leadership roles for BJ’s wholesale club, Accenture and At&t(TechM) where he successfully envisioned & led many cutting edge transformational technology initiatives that delivered outstanding results at multiple companies . He is considered an industry expert in strategizing and executing the digital transformation and modernization of customer( personalization), item, search & browse, recommendations, price & promotion and more by using cutting edge technology leveraging machine learning, ChatGPT, deep & reinforcement learning including data analytics and data warehouse.
