My wish: that vendors in the digital experience industry would play nicely together. They need to understand the importance of integration, not just between the products in their portfolios, but with third-party, best-of-breed products as well. Most of our clients already have digital experience platforms. Those platforms may not be complete, but they’ve made significant investments. Their challenge is to tie all the pieces together in order to provide customers a contextual yet consistent cross-channel experience.
