It's been a while since we heard from Laserfiche (news, site), the company that was then busy launching its enterprise content management system Rio.
However, recently Laserfiche announced the availability of Weblink 8, which they say, will significantly expand Rio by enabling developers to build a portal site without having to bother with any of the tiresome coding usually associated with such projects.

released its own product and support package for Apache Jetspeed 2.2.
Hippo seems to be on a mission to re-establish Jetspeed's position as the top choice for performance-oriented enterprise portals.
Can this be a huge comeback for Jetspeed?

Yes, Lotus Notes is still part of the daily routine for some folks out there. United Planet, a European developer of Enterprise Portal software, has released a Lotus Notes Business Adapter for its portal, intranet and Web application software — Intrexx Xtreme.
The Adapter aims to simplify the development of Web applications, Web services and process management for the Intrexx Xtreme Lotus Notes community.
