Zoho looks to be one of the hotter properties in the enterprise 2.0 space at the moment, signing deals on an almost daily basis. And what's not to love about the ability to work with Microsoft Office documents online and the many other goodies that Zoho offers.
Today's dealmaker is Elementool, which has released Elementool Docs, a document management tool. Elementool offers project management and CRM tools, and now users can create, share and edit Word documents and Excel spreadsheets online with no need for other office software.

Elementool Docs provides the advantage of having a single integrated, cloud-based system so there is no need to drag a document to the desktop to edit it in Microsoft Office and copy it back only to find that someone else has done the same, bifurcating the document.
Elementool offers a range of SaaS-based project management tools, from time and issue tracking to help desk and development file sharing. It can offer rapid solutions to companies who don't have time to waste setting up infrastructure or buying into leviathan systems.

Elementool reckons that tying up with Zoho has saved the company a year of development to come up with a similar tool, highlighting the benefits of the rash of in-the-cloud tie-ups we will continue to see in the future.
