Quantum Discovery, a specialist in providing e-Discovery services to the legal industry, is acquiring Indiana-based litigation support services provider Preferred Imaging. The company says this purchase expands its national scope and also “solidifies” its Midwestern position.

Cloud-based social collaboration and productivity platform Kona has expanded its file sharing capabilities through an integration with Box, Google Drive and Dropbox.

Creating iOS and Android apps with Dropbox functionality built right in has been simplified due to the company releasing its Sync API -- allowing apps to work as if Dropbox was a local file system right on the device itself.
