Aaron Ketry is the North American sales director for Falcon.io, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for social customer relationship management. In this role, he helps North American brands improve their customer experience strategy, and advises marketers on how to better understand the modern customer journey. Before joining Falcon, he was the director of sales at digital marketing SaaS provider Offerpop, now known as Wyng. He's a graduate of the State University of New York at Fredonia.
