Adam Ribaudo is the VP of Data Activation at Velir and covers topics that intersect marketing technology and data. He's a seasoned digital marketing consultant of 17 years who started as a web developer and has since made a career out of synthesizing technical concepts into actionable advice for business leaders. In his work, he provides his teams and clients with the tools and processes necessary to activate data and turn it into business value.
In 2014, Adam pivoted his career from web development to data and analytics. After completing a Masters in Data Science from Northeastern University, Adam returned to industry in a changed landscape where first-party data and privacy concerns were at the forefront of the conversation in digital marketing. This positioned Adam with a highly sought-after skillset that included experience designing and implementing web analytics, data privacy, data engineering and data science solutions.
Adam speaks frequently at industry events such as Sitecore Symposium and Web Analytics Wednesdays. He’s also had articles published by vendors such as Fivetran and Snowflake and has been interviewed on the Digital Analytics Power Hour podcast. He is the author and main contributor to the open source Google Analytics 4 utility, dbt-ga4, and enjoys participating and speaking at dbt community events where he lives in Boston.
