Oh How the Tables Have Turned: What B2C Marketers Can Learn From B2B
Adrian Chang is director of Customer Marketing for Oracle Marketing Cloud. Having previously served as senior manager of customer programs, he is responsible for providing best practice guidance and strategic advice to enable Oracle customers to become modern marketers. Chang joined Oracle after seven years at Eloqua, where he was both an account manager as well as a customer success manager, and where he earned the 2012 distinction of Eloquan of the Year. Early in his career, he held various sales and operations functions at IBM. Chang holds an Honors BA in Applied Economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
