Allison co-leads and manages communication and engagement for IdeaNet, the internal Pitney Bowes open innovation program.
She leverages her design background to involve the worldwide employee community in targeted business “challenges,” that source ideas for line of business teams. Allison also executes events such as “Innovation Idol” that showcase employee idea pitches and build momentum around innovation. With over 700 ideas in action to date, IdeaNet has been featured in Bloomberg BusinessWeek, Booz Allen’s Strategy + Business, and the Pitney Bowes Annual Report.
Prior to this role, Allison worked on strategic projects within the Pitney Bowes Concept Studio, leading ethnographic research and synthesizing customer needs into new business opportunities. Allison has a BFA from Syracuse University in Communication Design.
