Andy Mickelson is the VP of Customer Support at Vertafore, the leader in modern insurance technology. At Vertafore, Andy focuses on driving a customer-centric organization by building scalable resolutions, high-performing teams, and implementing client-facing best practices. He oversees the direction of customer support initiatives across five locations in the U.S. and Canada while creating, launching, and improving customer solutions. Under Andy’s leadership, Vertafore won a 2023 Excellence in Customer Service Award from the BIG Intelligence Group for launching new methods to educate, empower, and retain talent and by prioritizing hold times and customer satisfaction as key metrics. He's previously served on customer support teams at Intuit, DIRECTV and AORN.
