Andy Pemberton is a web content management and portal consultant, architect, and author. He is based in Philadelphia, PA and works for CapTech Consulting. He has a depth of experience with large technology implementations and is a web standards and open source advocate.
His prior work includes architecture, strategy, and implementation projects for Fortune 500 organizations in the US and large Government projects. He is also an avid technologist, often helping smaller clients and non-profit organizations with technology projects in his spare time.
