Airlines Need to Think Digital-First to Win and Retain Customers
Cindy Falschlehner, general manager for Travel, Transportation & Hospitality, DXC Technology (NYSE:DXC), is responsible for DXC’s airline and consumer travel services, ensuring the company’s offerings are designed, developed and delivered with the industry context and relevance required to deliver differentiated business outcomes to clients.
Prior to this role, Falschlehner led the airline passenger and consumer travel business for the Enterprise Services business of HPE. With deep expertise in strategy, finance, growth and operations, Falschlehner has held leadership roles with HP, HPE and EDS, where she managed accounts for the airline, car, hotel, cruise and distribution segment of more than 70 global clients. She earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in mathematics from Baylor University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s executive leadership program managed for HP.
