Eric Camulli is vice president of marketing for Virtual Hold Technology (VHT) where he has helped to grow from the ground up a software company focused on virtual queuing and intelligent callback solutions that bridge the customer service gap between self-service communication channels of all kinds, including mobile and social, and live agent service. He has been a key part of developing the product strategy that solves the problem of dead-ending so customers no longer have to start from the beginning in an automated process, repeat information or wait on hold.

A visionary and passionate customer advocate, Mr. Camulli’s perspective gives him unique insight into the impact of multi-channel interactions on the customer experience, brand perception, Net Promoter Score, contact center management and mobile application strategy development. At VHT he is responsible for leading go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, marketing communications, public relations and sales team training as well as working with the company’s channel partners and industry analysts. He joined the company in 1998 after four years in sales at Voice-Tel Enterprises. With a B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing and Management from the University of Cincinnati, he is currently pursuing an M.B.A. from Baldwin-Wallace University.
