Her roots in technical communication, developed in roles at Oracle, Xerox, and Raytheon Solipsys, continue to influence her focus on clarity, documentation, and user-centric processes.

Erin is known for her cross-functional fluency, team-building mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement. She has built and scaled operations for both startups and Fortune 500 firms, and she regularly coaches teams on Agile methodology, collaboration tools, and process optimization.
