Fran Brzyski

Fran Brzyski is the CEO and Co-Founder of Hark,  a New York City-based startup pioneering a new video-first approach to customer feedback. Fran has over a decade of experience working in many customer facing roles from startups to fortune 50 companies. In addition to his role at Hark, he is a portfolio advisor at Hatchet Ventures. 

Fran is highly focused on humanizing data through customer stories. He has seen first-hand how customer feedback falls flat internally when it should be seen as a growth driver. He believes that bringing the feedback to life will create more engagement internally for organizations which will result in better products, faster feedback loops & a customer-first culture.

At Hark, Fran is helping reinvent how brands connect with their audience, offering a fresh perspective on customer insights and voice-of-customer programs.
