He has held responsibility for Recovery Services, Mobile Data Center, Global Implementation Engineering and more. Today, he manages the entire customer onboarding process taking them from signature to implementation. He is also responsible for the acquisition of technology at Sungard AS, including billing processes, hardware and software maintenance, operational teams and the entire project management lifecycle. Not only that, but he is responsible for global project management for client implementations, IT hardware and support, all circuit provisioning, design and asset management.
In addition, he leads the governance organization focusing on establishing procedures and reporting for supervision, control and information flow related to the Global Service Transition Organization.
