Hank Barnes Principal Product Marketing Manager at Adobe. He is a software marketing leader with experience working for startups and large organizations in areas like business process management (BPM), content management and customer experience management (CEM). In early 2000, he was one of the first advocates of taking an “outside-in” approach to website design, focusing Web efforts on delivering desired information to target audiences (rather than focusing on managing lots of rarely used content). At Adobe, Barnes focuses on CEM, helping the company extend and enliven the outside-in approach with Web 2.0 technologies, process management, and interactive communications.

Barnes earned a bachelor of science in computer science from Tulane University. Barnes is a passionate Carolina Hurricanes fan and names the 2006 Stanley Cup win as one of the best days of his life.
