Named a “Top 25 Up-and-Coming Startup CEO” by Business Insider in 2012, Irving co-founded CrowdTwist in 2009 to provide dynamic and scalable loyalty software to brands looking to engage consumers on a one-to-one level. CrowdTwist’s platform has evolved into a comprehensive omni-channel loyalty and analytics solution capable of capturing and quantifying an individual’s engagement with brands across diverse channels (online, social, mobile and even offline).

In 2013 CrowdTwist secured partnerships with IBM, Axciom and VivaKi, while the platform itself has generated over 50 million brand actions and tracked more than 100 million social media impressions alone. Before founding CrowdTwist, Irving ran Content and Digital & Social Marketing for Clear Channel Media & Entertainment’s Digital division where he managed content development and digital marketing initiatives for Clear Channel’s 1000+ radio stations. He was also a member of the team that created the iHeartRadio app. Irving attended Brown University and majored in English. Irving now lives in New York City and is an avid surfer and snowboarder.
