She is a strategic leader who works across organizations and with external partners, building and managing teams dedicated to supporting new tools and experiences. Janna’s work has touched on all areas around websites including digital strategy, DXP and CMS systems, content strategy and management, ecommerce, enterprise search, SEO, integrations, digital analytics, and personalization.

Janna has a master’s degree in communications from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling and spending time outdoors.
