Sound Familiar? 4 Phrases That Show Your Employee Experience Needs Work
Jason Blackwell, PhD, has been working in the UX and user research field for over 20 years. While he has found this extremely interesting and rewarding, there have been challenges as evidenced by the fact he had a lush, full head of hair when he started. He is thrilled to be working for IBM CIO Design, as his team is creative, inspiring, and sincerely motivated to improve the employee experience. He holds out hope that this will cause some hair regrowth.
