Social Business - Why Collaboration Matters
Jem Janik has been working in the field of knowledge management and collaboration for almost a decade. She started in KM in 2001 with top tier support of a technical knowledgebase and developer of analytics tools. Over the years she moved into leading deployment initiatives where she learned she loved working to make business more effective.
Currently, she is the Enterprise Community Manager for Alcatel-Lucent’s employee community. Launched in April 2010 the community has quickly grown in 12 weeks to over 15,000 employees. She is also a member of the 2.0 Adoption Council.
